Swasth City provides healthcare facilitation and coordination services. We are not a medical institution, hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services include: connecting patients with qualified healthcare professionals and hospitals; assisting with insurance coordination and cashless treatment; arranging diagnostic tests and home care services; providing health information resources; and offering care coordination through our Care Partner team. All medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatments are made by qualified healthcare professionals. Our role is to facilitate access to these professionals and coordinate the healthcare journey — not to make medical recommendations.

The information provided through our platform, including health articles, guides, and care partner guidance, is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment based on information provided through our platform. In case of a medical emergency, call 112 (India Emergency Services) or proceed immediately to the nearest emergency department. Do not rely solely on our services in medical emergencies.

By using our services, you agree to: Provide accurate and complete information about your health condition, medical history, and insurance details. Not misrepresent your identity or health information. Use our services only for lawful purposes and in good faith. Not attempt to circumvent our security measures or systems. Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other patients. Comply with the terms of partner hospitals and healthcare professionals. Notify us immediately if you believe your account information has been compromised. Violation of these obligations may result in termination of services.

Swasth City works with a curated network of partner hospitals and healthcare professionals. Our hospital and specialist recommendations are based on clinical appropriateness, quality credentials, and patient needs — not on commercial arrangements with partner institutions. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of services provided by partner hospitals and healthcare professionals. While we carefully vet our partners, the practice of medicine involves inherent risks, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Your relationship with healthcare professionals and hospitals is independent of your relationship with Swasth City. We are not responsible for the clinical decisions made by your treating doctors or the outcomes of your medical treatment.

Swasth City's initial consultation and general guidance are provided without charge. Specific coordination services, including insurance claim assistance, post-operative care coordination, and premium care partner programs, may carry fees which will be clearly communicated before service initiation. Medical costs (hospital bills, doctor fees, diagnostic charges) are separate from Swasth City's coordination fees and are payable directly to the respective healthcare providers. Swasth City acts as a facilitator and does not collect payment on behalf of healthcare providers except where explicitly agreed. All fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered, unless otherwise specified in a specific service agreement.

All content on the Swasth City platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, health articles, and software, is the property of Swasth City Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or exploit any content without explicit written permission from Swasth City. Patient stories and testimonials are used with the explicit consent of the respective patients. Any unauthorized use of patient information is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swasth City shall not be liable for: Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Medical outcomes or complications resulting from treatments by partner healthcare professionals. Errors, delays, or failures in insurance coordination or claim processing. Technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions. Third-party actions, including partner hospitals and healthcare professionals. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Swasth City in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India.
