Restore your smile permanently with precision-placed titanium implants — natural-looking, long-lasting, and supported by expert implantologists across Vadodara.
Understanding the Procedure
A dental implant is a small, biocompatible titanium post that is surgically inserted into the jawbone to replace the root of a missing tooth. Once the implant integrates with the bone (a process called osseointegration), a ceramic crown is fitted on top — creating a permanent, natural-feeling replacement that preserves your bite and facial structure.
Unlike traditional bridges that require grinding down adjacent healthy teeth, or dentures that sit on the gums and can slip, implants are self-supporting and anchor directly into bone. They stimulate the jawbone and prevent the bone loss that naturally occurs after tooth extraction.
Modern implant technology, including 3D CBCT imaging and computer-guided surgery, allows our partner implantologists to place implants with exceptional precision, improving both safety and aesthetic outcomes. Full-arch rehabilitation using All-on-4 or All-on-6 protocols can restore an entire jaw of teeth using just four to six implants.
Why Choose Us
Step by Step
Discuss your concerns — missing teeth, ill-fitting dentures, or failing bridges. Care Partner arranges consultation with an implantologist and 3D CBCT scan to assess bone density and implant suitability.
Implantologist designs the placement position digitally, selects implant dimensions, and advises on the number of implants needed. Any prerequisite bone grafting or tooth extractions are planned.
Titanium implant post is surgically placed into the jawbone under local anaesthesia. A temporary crown may be placed the same day (immediate loading) or the site left to heal for 2–4 months.
The implant fuses with the surrounding jawbone. Follow-up visits every 4–6 weeks monitor healing progress. Bone graft sites need additional healing time.
Once fully integrated, a custom-fabricated ceramic crown is fixed to the implant abutment — matching adjacent teeth in shape, colour, and bite. Final adjustments made at the same appointment.
Healing Journey
Day 1–3
Mild soreness, swelling, and bruising around the implant site is normal. Soft diet recommended. Prescribed antibiotics and pain relief taken as directed.
Week 1–2
Discomfort subsides. Sutures are removed (if non-resorbable). Soft-to-normal diet introduced gradually. Good oral hygiene maintained around the implant.
Month 1–3
Osseointegration in progress. Regular follow-up visits to monitor bone healing. Temporary crown worn if placed. Normal activities fully resumed.
Month 3–6
Osseointegration confirmed with X-ray. Custom permanent ceramic crown fabricated and fitted. Final bite adjustments made. Implant now fully functional.

Cost was as quoted. The implant procedure took just over an hour and I had a temporary crown the same day. Now the permanent crown is in place and eating feels completely normal again.
